The Somerset Park project is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of NW 185th Avenue and Highway 26, at 18300 NW Park View Boulevard in unincorporated Washington County. The site is an existing developed park and is 6.16 acres owned by Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District.  The existing steep slope, ditch and ponding areas were improved for drainage and water filtration. These improvements helped enhance the existing swim center, parking lot, basketball and tennis courts and created highly engaging play areas and enrichment structures overall.
