Professional Land Surveyor

Standridge Inc. is a well-established and growing Civil Engineering, Land Use Planning, and Land Surveying firm located in downtown Vancouver, Washington. We are looking for a self-motivated PLS that can help run our survey team and grow it with the company. If you enjoy mostly working outdoors, with some work in the office, as well as on a variety of projects, you could be a good fit for this job.

Standridge Inc. surveyors utilize modern robotic total stations, GNSS receivers and drones. We seek to maximize our use of data collector technology and field to finish techniques. Successful applicants will be expected to perform both field and office tasks in roughly equal proportions. The ability to conform to company standards and safety rules is paramount. Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D are required. Being licensed in both Washington and Oregon is ideal but not required. They will be necessary shortly after you begin employment at Standridge.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years surveying experience with transportation, utility, residential subdivision, and commercial site development projects. They will also have knowledge of the laws and regulations pertaining to land surveying in Oregon and Washington along with experience using Trimble Total stations, GNSS Receivers and data collectors and the ability to work efficiently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
