Standridge, Inc. worked hard to provide all of the civil engineering and surveying services, including final construction documents and records of survey, for the entire project which transformed the area from an open farmland to thriving neighborhood.  The 22.39-acre development contains 29 attached single-family lots and 81 detached single-family lots as well as one parcel for future multi-family residences.  The project includes widening and improving Scholl’s Ferry and Strobel Roads while adding sidewalks, public roadways, private driveways, utilities and two storm water management facilities.
