Standridge Inc. worked closely with 2.ink Studio and in partnership with Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) to design and construct improvements to Somerset West Park.

Our land use planning, civil engineering, surveying, and construction support teams provided services to successfully implement THPRD’s Master Plan for the 6-acre Somerset West Park that included:

• Development Review and Drainage Hazard Area approval from Washington County,

• Alterations to an existing steep slope and ditch to improve stormwater drainage and filtration,

• Removal of a culvert, daylight drainage, and construction of new pedestrian bridge crossing,

• Creation of a new natural play area,

• Expansion of and improvements to the existing playground, and

• Pedestrian circulation, landscaping, irrigation, and signage improvements throughout the site. 

In addition to working closely with THPRD, Standridge Inc. obtained land use and construction approvals and permits from:

• Washington County, and

• Clean Water Services
