The project required Conditional Use and Adjustment approval to construct a new three-story middle school at the French American International School campus, and permit the conversion of an existing residence on the campus to school purposes. Upgrades to the campus included a new 3-story building for classrooms and administration use, 30-space parking lot and amending the campus boundary by reducing its size from 17 acres to 16.2 acres. The project received the AIA NW Design Citation Award in 2019.
