Our comprehensive suite of services—including land use planning, civil engineering, surveying, and construction support—has successfully delivered:

• Transformation of a former commercial nursery site into a mixed-use, transit-oriented development with 579 residential units and 16,000 sq. ft. of small-scale retail and commercial space,

• Neighborhood design that offers a variety of home styles with safe and convenient pedestrian access to local amenities and nearby transit,

• Improvements to arterial roads, W Baseline Road and SW 185th Avenue, and

• Public improvements including local streets, utilities, and stormwater management facilities to serve the 28-acre site in Beaverton, Oregon.

Throughout the land use entitlement, permitting, and construction phases of development our team has worked closely with the following jurisdictions and service providers:
